Office Storage Cabinet Solution
As companies grow larger, space within their offices begins disappearing to make way for extra workstations and meeting tables. This can have a severe impact on the amount of office storage that is available to you and your employees, but this problem can be solved if you have a disused cupboard that you can convert (such as a coat closet that is never used).

Step 1: If the cupboard has a rod for hanging coats and clothes, you will need to remove it. If it already has shelving in it, a large chunk of your job has been completed for you. If not, you will need to install some. You should aim to have three different levels of shelving for office storage solutions.

Step 2: Purchase some baskets or containers that have an angled opening and place them onto the shelves, making sure that the opening faces you. This will enable you to see what’s inside the basket without having to take it down. Then, stick a label onto the basket describing what should be kept in it, such as “envelopes” or “pens”.

Step 3: Take all of your office furniture suppliers and begin placing them in their designated baskets or containers. Make sure that the heavier items, such as boxes of paper, are kept lower down to lower the risk of accidents and injury.

Your old cupboard has now been successfully converted into an office storage space that keeps all of your supplies in an easily accessible place. And, if you ever move out of your office, you can simply remove the shelving if you added it in and take it with you.
